BACKGROUND

This is a duly licensed company having its registered office at #105 Kaolin St. Twin River ll Subd., Parang, Marikina City. Our corporate and ministry training arm responsible for all kinds of training & seminar-workshops relating to discipline of people and organizations.

Our vision is to see discipline-driven people and organizations towards national transformation. At this time when our country is faced with difficult challenges from all fronts, locally and internationally, our only option if we are to rise as an organization and a nation is to start from discipline. There is no opportune time than now to seriously embark on a sustainable transformation that can only come when we realize, accept and endeavor to pursue individual and organizational discipline with sincerity, commitment and boldness.

To achieve this vision, we offer the “Discipline For Everyday Living” (Program A) and “The B.E.S.T. Ways to Discipline” (Program B) that promote a God-centered discipline, builds positive character and nurtures meaningful relationships and love at home, in workplaces and communities. We believe that the ultimate and lasting power to transform one’s life comes from its Divine source and origin.

We pray that your all-important human resource will be empowered even more to achieve greater heights in both local and global arena as they contribute to the eventual disciplining and transformation of our nation. Hence, it is necessary for all types of organizations to have their personnel undergo such training seminars in order to enhance their organization’s productivity.

The company is headed by Dr Adolfo S. Inductivo, a retired Commander of the Philippine Navy (AFP). He is a graduate of the Philippine Military Academy (PMA) in 1979. He is also a Licensed Civil Engineer having graduated with BS Civil Engineering from the Technological Institute of the Philippines (TIP) and passed the Board Exam. He holds a Master’s Degree in Business Administration from UP/UE and a Doctorate Degree in Public Administration from Greenville College, Pasig City. He is the Author of the books “Discipline For Everyday Living,” “The B.E.S.T. Ways to Discipline” and “Ang TAMANG Disiplina.”

Since 2006, the company has been in the forefront of spreading the good news of man’s and God’s discipline to different organizations and corporate world. To this date, the company has trained thousands of students, professionals and corporate leaders to their satisfaction.

MISSION

1. Propagation of the books “Discipline For Everyday Living” and “The B.E.S.T. Ways to Discipline.”

2. The continuous conduct of training and related seminar-workshops on discipline nationwide.

OUR BELIEFS

B.E.S.T. Discipline is grounded on the following principles and beliefs to guide us in all of our undertakings.

1. We believe we are not just a business but a ministry as well. Fulfilling the plans and purpose of God to the Filipinos through HIS divine message of love, discipline and righteousness. Isaiah 46:11/ Hebrews 12:11

2. We believe Jesus Christ was sent by the Father to preach & model HIS love and discipline to us in order to save us. John 3:16 / Hebrews 12:5-6.

3. We believe Jesus Christ will hold us accountable in the observance of God’s love, discipline and righteousness when He comes. Matthew 7:21 / Hebrews 12:11

4. We believe discipline of people will worsen in the years to come if we do nothing. 1st Corinthians 7:31 / 2nd Timothy 3:1-4

5. We believe we are called to teach & train people on God’s love, discipline and righteousness to make not just disciples of men but of Christ. Matthew 28:18-20
