DR. ADOLFO S INDUCTIVO is an accomplished authority on the subject of discipline both physical and spiritual discipline. This after having authored three (3) books on discipline for more than two decades entitled: “Discipline For Everyday Living,” “The B.E.S.T. Ways to Discipline” and “Ang TAMANG Disiplina.” His expertise on this subject of discipline was as a result of the discipline training and exposure he obtained for more than twenty years of military service in the Armed Forces of the Philippines (AFP), being once a Cadet at the Philippine Military Academy (PMA' 79) and eventually a retired Offi­cer of the Philippine Navy (AFP). God's ultimate Wisdom of discipline further came into his Vision when he became the Founding Pastor of the Discipleship For Christ Church - The Great Commission Church of Christ and of God teaching the Words and discipline of the Father for the past 15 years.

The Author in his books "Discipline For Everyday Living" and "The B.E.S.T. Ways to Discipline" has fully elucidated the subject of discipline not just from the perspective of man being once a soldier of man but also from the perspective of God, now being a soldier of Christ. These combined Wisdoms of discipline have actually given the Author much authority and competence to speak of discipline comprehensively both from the physical and spiritual point of views.

The Author is a BS PMA graduate (#14/127) of the Philippine Military Academy (PMA' 79). He is also a BS Civil Engineering graduate of the Technological Institute of the Philippines (TIP) and passed the board exam in 1993. He holds a Master in Business Administration degree from UP/UE and a Doctorate in Public Administration from Greenville College. His Dissertation entitled: “State of Organizational Discipline of Metro Manila and its Representative Municipalities: Basis for Improved Governance and Productivity” was awarded Paper of the Year in 2023.

He is a seasoned Lecturer and Speaker on the topic of Discipline and has trained thousands of Students, Managers, Professionals and Corporate Leaders both Government and Private for decades now. His company, The B.E.S.T. Discipline Training Consultancy Services was recently Accredited by PRC (Professional Regulation commission) as a CPD (Continuing Professional Development) provider.
